usb not detecting

i am using intel d845gvsr motherboard.when i updated the bios from intel's
site,my usb is not being detected.how can i rectify it.pls help me

Sometimes, after bios updates, the bios settings need
to be reset.

Don't forget to update the chipset drivers for your mobo also.
