That is great. I get a SGI 1600SW with MultiLink Adapter in August as my birthday gift. This LCD looks a lot better than my CRT.
A 15 inch LCD is kind small try to ask you parents to get a least a 17 inch one.

Nah, I don't like large monitors- currently on a 15" CRT. Plus, the larger the size LCD, teh higher res u must use, and I want my Quadro DCC to last me for at least a year. O, guys, this is important: was reading some stuff, and despite the fast response time of the L365, there is remenance probs after 25 fps. So, I guess I'm getting a TFT5030.

NOS and a <font color=red> Ferrari </font color=red> can be fun!

That is weird almost all people I know like large monitor. I usually set my moniors to high resolution so I can see more stuff at the same time. For most application at high resoultion does not need very high end video card.
Currently I have 2 monitor attached to my desktop. One CRT (Mitsubishi Diamond Pro 900u 19 inch) and one LCD (SGI 1600SW 17inch).
