And for similar boards with hot vrm2 placed behind processor 1.

I placed a very small cpu fan (off a Pentium 233) on top of proc 1
heatsink using adhesive paste.  Works wonderfully.  I'm a little
concerned about the adhesive wearing out, and the fan going flying off
the sink.  Was thinking maybe using a fat rubber band instead but then
I'd be concerned about maybe melting though I don't think heatsink gets
*that* hot -- might be hot enough to make it dry out and snap though.
I'd appreciated any ideas on fastening this fan.

I had been planning on a side panel fan, but this is working so well
taking care of my vrm2 heat problem, I don't think there's going to be a
need for.  I've now got my side panel back on, and vrm2 is cooler with
the little fan than with the panel off -- around 56c and dropping
intermitently down to 55 (vrm2 had been going up as high as 60c under
the same load -- and usually hanging around 58c under this load), and
these are under 30%-60% load (1.2Ghz procs).

All other temps are about the same eventhough the panel is back on.  The
WD2000JB (HDD) is lower though -- 32c because the front intake fan
directly below it is more concentrated with the panel on.

These temperatures, so far -- about 7 hours -- have been extremely
stable -- even as I can feel ambient room has change several degrees
over this course of time.  It's a Chenming full tower.  I've got two
exhaust fans in the back; front intake in the lower drive bay cage; and
of course a fan for each cpu -- Vantec 7000rpm fans running, now at just
50% -- down from 50%, and 70%-75% (proc 0, proc 2 respectively) before
vrm2 fan and panel back on.

Just thought I'd share as this might be a very handy, economical
solution for others with this or similar boards.  Just feels a lot
better knowing vrm2 temp is under control, and the hot air that was
apparently static, not moving is now being dissipated.
