I have a laptop with win 95 on it, and is it possible to download win xp
from my desktop to the laptop. If so how.

One cannot upgrade to Windows XP from Windows 95.
A "clean install" is required. You need to determine if your
old laptop even meets the minimum hardware requirements
to run Windows XP.

No, you can't "download win xp from one computer to another".

on most laptops with Windows 95, they can be upgraded to Windows XP. i have
done it.

i am trying to rename user but it keeps saying access denied hope you can
