Hi all,
When I first installed XP on my computer, it was fine going into and coming
out of standby.

Since then I have installed new hardware, configured the BIOS and had to
reformat then reinstall XP due to a crash.

Now, whenever I come out of standby, I lose the mouse and keyboard, making
it impossible to relogon to Windows. What has happened (have I done) and
how can I fix it?

Thanks in advance everyone,
Damo

Damo,
Hmmm,
That's what we like to call a nebulous question!
Example; I was working on my car, I crashed it, I added new parts, shot
myself in the foot, went out to the car to go to work, and it wouldn't
start!
Why?
But I would suspect it has something to do with the power settings in
the bios or control panel.
Just a shot in the dark.
Best,
Treeman
