hey ppl, i dint use the diagnostic program, i found the problem, it was
that my hard drive use to over heat n switch it self off so i left one
side of my case open and now it works fine

Taking the side off your case decreases the cooling dynamics of your
computer's airflow overall. I would recommend a hard drive cooler like
this;
'Crazy PC' (http://tinyurl.com/cvh79) and that you put the side back
on.
