Since removing my camara without dismounting it first none of my removable
storage devices work. Is there a way of reinstalling drivers or another fix
for this problem. My scanner and printer work but datapen, camera and card
reader dont. The system recognises the devices but when I click on removable
drive in My Computer it says its an illegal operation, there is no camera
connected etc.

I have disabled power management in device manager, didnt work. All devices
report working properly. Have tried to reinstall drivers, no luck.

Any help appreciated

Open the device manager and uninstall all USB ports, hubs
and devices, then reboot.
