Windows Update (now Microsoft Update) should have drivers
for the modem. Do you have Windows XP installed on the
computer at the present time? If so, open the device
manager and then the Modem page. You should be able to
update the driver for the modem from the device manager.
You can also uninstall the modem using the device manager
and then re-boot which will cause it to be re-installed with
what ever driver XP has available.
