I would recommend Papst. (I could swear they used to be called Pabst...
maybe I remembered it wrong.) Anyway, they do a 8412 range that offers all
combinations of airflows and noise levels. So you choose. But all of them
are extremely high quality and very quiet, for any given airflow.
Personally, I use an 8412 NGME. It provides 34 cf/m airflow and is rated at
26dBA. Its not "silent", but its fairly quiet and the noise is in no way
irritating. The lower output versions are more quiet, going down to 12 dBA,
which I would think is completely inaudible.

Iam getting a silent boost and if it aint silent the FAn will replace
it, just looking for some fans 34 cfm seems ok.

I think there's a Vantec Tornado (or Delta) Black - 101-CFM and 38 x 80mm
..... but get a fan-controller unless you want the not so dulcet tones of a
hairdrier at full whack, all the time.
I got an 80-CFM Delta - which is sturdy and cheap.
Even at idle, 38mm's cool MUCH better than 25mm's because the pressures
generated are far higher.
This is reflected in the superior overclocks they allow and much lower
temps.
