Cuts needed to pin mod a mobile Athlon?

Thinking of getting a mobile athlon 2400 and using the wires in the socket
mod

to put it at 6.25 x 166 at 1.675 volts.

Will I have to cut anything on the cpu?

I changed the voltage the same way on my Duron 1800, didn't cut anything (my
Duron is superlocked)
