Does the mouse driver state to correct mouse connected? Usually, when using
the enhanced mouse drivers ( Microsoft Intellipoint or Logitech MouseWare)
the driver need to know which type of mouse is connect. This is so that the
mouse features (ie: extra buttons, tilt-scroll and scroll) could be used.
