Anyone ever use one of these - do they work?

I need to be able to use a new IDE hard drive in a new computer that doesn't have an extra IDE connector on the MB (only has one and it's being used for two dvd drives). Do you think this product will work well?

Mary, that would probably work ok, but take a look at this. It's cheaper
and you could connect at least two hard drives.
