I currently have a XP2600+ Thoroughbred at 166FSB. My new board will be a
Abit NF7 V2.0. I have PC3200 DDR. Will the XP2600 hit the 200 FSB to run
in sync with the ram, or will I have to get the XP2500-M?
Would the difference be noticeable?

All help appreciated.

Shouldn't be a huge problem. I'm running that CPU at 210FSBx10 in sync
with generic (VTech) PC3200 at 1.65 vcore on a nF2 board (Shuttle AN35N
Ultra). Of course the XP2500-M will do much better, but it will cost
more, and if I went that route I'd get PC3500 or PC4000 memory. Depends
on your budget. If 200FSB is all you want it shouldn't be that difficult.

I have the same board, are you running the memory in dual-channel mode?

No. Just a single 512MB module. My other AN35N (XP2500) has 2x512MB of
Kingston PC3500 HyperX running dual FSB210x10.5 at 1.65 vcore.
