I've installed the software for this scanner, plugged it in etc and the
computer is telling me that "The class installer has denied the request to
install or upgrade this device". The software was installed from the
installation disk accompanying the product and the installation wizard was
fine until the hardware came to be detected. Any ideas why this product
can't install. I have Windows XP and plenty of disc space on a new Dell
computer.
