Running XP Pro with SP2.
Have found that USB ports will only work when PC is fully booted. This means that my USB keyboard will not work if I need to go into BIOS. Obviously I can plug in a normal keyboard, but need to know how to check the BIOS settings to change this if possible - have looked several times & can't see where to amend this.

Look in the BIOS setup for "legacy USB support" (or similar name).
Turn it on.
