System running XP pro SP2 would appear to be running OK!
However, I have noticed my onboard Boradcom NIC and AGP Radeon 9800XT
graphics card are not listed in Device Manager.
Viewing hidden items doesn't reveal them and neither are there any
'problems' displayed.

The NIC is not displayed under Network Connections and I have had major
problems trying to update the video drivers (which may or may not be
related).
Any advice would be appreciated!

Chris

You installed any mobo drivers for your onboard nic?
You are using the nic?
Its disabled on the mobo, in the bios?

What is listed under Devices/Display adapters?
or right click on desktop, properties, display?

Yes the NIC is fine, it's what I'm using, but is not visible anywhere!

The Radeon is visible from desktop->properties->display settings.
There is not even a Display section in Device Manager!
