How do I get this chip to perform better than 2.09 ghz?

I am completely new to clocking but I'm not a dummy and can follow
instructions!

Multiplier times FSB clock = CPU speed. Default in you case appears to be
12.5x166. You probably can't change the muliplier, so your only option is
to raise the FSB. With decent components you should be able to got to
about 175-180. If you really have good stuff and raise vcore enough you
might even get 12.5x200 (2500MHz), but not likely.

my memory runs at 166, but the default is 200.
When i install default setting it won't boot.
so i have to run it at 166 aswell, ratio 1:1

any ideas on how to get the chip to run at the same speed as my memory?
512 ddr 3300

Well, if you have PC3200 ram, then leave it set to 166 and 1:1 ratio. Now
when you raise the FSB, the dram bus will raise with it and be in sync.
