i have a mate with ur same rig, hes overclocked hes 2600+ to 200fsb (2.3ghz)
instead of 166fsb, and increased voltage to 1.75vcore
running smooth but with additional cooling, with 200fsb then ur getting most
out of your ram. If ur 2600+ is old enough it may even be unlocked,
therefore u could set it too 11x200 = 3200+ @ 2.21ghz without even a voltage
increase.

i also have another mate with a 2800+ hes was 2 years old and was unlocked,
hes now also running at 11x200fsb

My PC is running beautifully at 2.21 11*200. What would be the next logical
step to go up by? Should I try raising FSB by more, or try and increase the
multiplier? When increasing higher than this, should I increase the vcore?

I dont have your specs so its kinda hard to tell, but if you have good
quality PC3200 ram, it may overclock well by max usually of 30-45mhz in FSB
so resulting at 235 sorta, more than that and either ur ram will start
causing issues or with a voltage increase and good cooling it may be fine.

Id recommend (assuming its a 2500 unlocked ) to work with the multiplier
from with the fsb set to 200, try the going up by 0.5 but ull see
significant Mhz increase so be carefull and yes it will need decent cooling
and voltage increases.
