space harier controls to mame

so i have an original space harrier upright in my garage.

finding a working boardset for it is a completely other matter.

anyone familiar with the controls on this? how would i / could i.. hook
these into a mame compuer set up.

since i can't fin a working boardset i figured i'd set up a spare computer i
had to run this game for now until i find a working boardset.

then hey.. i could throw just about any other flight stick 1 button game in
there i want if that's the case though i'd be happy to just play space
harrier in it at this point.

obviously i want to keep the cabinet and controls as stock as possible so i
could put the original pcb back in when i find it..

wondering if anyone has done anything like this or at a minimum.. hacked a
space harrier control to mame.
