I have an AMD XP2000 mobile @ 2200MHz on an Aopen AK73 (A)-V. What is
the best way for reaching 2200MHZ? 22x100MHZ or 16.5x133MHz.

The higher the FSB, the higher the overall performance at he same core
speed. About 3% per 33MHz FSB. So there's really not a noticable
difference between 100MHz and 133Mhz at the same speed (except in memory
benchmarks).
