I have a new PC with XP Home Edition...Motherboard is Intel 845GVSR. Since
day one it doesn't recognize any USB devices. It puts them in device Manager
as "Unknown Device" and displays the message "USB Device not Recognized".
This happens with any USB device in any USB port on the PC. I updated the
BIOS and Drivers for the USB Controller but still no luck. It does recognize
that a USB device has been plugged in but can never identify what it is. It
does not put an exclamation or any thing in Device Manager other than
"Unknown Device" down in the USB list .

Please Help

Thanks in advance
