The chipsets (K8T800 Pro & NF3 250) are very close performance/feature wise,
the winner often depending on what benchmarks you run and what else you've
got in your system (for the above review and others). Overclocking-wise, the
NF3 goes to slightly higher HTT speeds in general, but in most cases it's to
the point where it doesn't really matter anymore since you've had to drop
down the multipliers so much that you're not getting any gain out of it.
Either board is a good buy in this case, but you'll possibly get a slightly
better overclock if you buy the K8N. And they're probably about the same
price too ...

In general, unless you can get the board a lot cheaper:
1) Don't get a NF3 150 board (poor performance, buggy)
2) Don't get a K8T800 non-Pro board (no PCI lock)
3) Make sure that the PCI lock is done properly on any K8T800 Pro boards
(it's supposedly broken on some). Ie: read a review of the board before you
buy it :)
