HP 2250TN Printing problem

Hi,

My HP Business Inkjet 2250TN is having a problem. The print is way too dark
and also a bit messy (can't correct it with gamma settings). According to
diagnostics, all the printheads / inks are ok, but I think the problem is
one of these. I've tried several different drivers but nothing seems to
work. Paper quality is not the problem, I've only tried it with HP's own
paper (photo and regular). Also tried all possible printer settings with no
luck.

If someone has a clue what might help, I'd be very grateful, because the
printheads etc. are so damn expensive to be bought just for trying :-)
