I used the firewire card on my windows ME computer but I recently
purchased software for XP and now need it to transfer video on the XP
computer. I plugged it in and when the computer restarts it says found
new hardware but then it asks for a CD which I don't have. How do I get
it to work on the new computer? Can I download drivers for it? Thanks.

If the firewire card needs proprietary drivers you will have to download
them from the manufacturer of the card.
