There are two 3200+ made. One is 2000 MHz and have 1 MB cache and the
other is 2200 MHz and have 512 KB cache. The one with the larger cache
has the old Clawhammer core which have more issues with RAM (for
instance Twinmos 3200 often must be underclocked to 2700 to start) while
the other has the new Newcastle core that has less issues with RAM and
also overclocks better.
