As I am unable to get printer to work - wizard tells me unable to find
location of ports,Epson has suggested my usb ports are turned off. My
question is how do I turn them on?

Where did you get the computer? Contact their tech support for setup issues.

You shouldn't be using the Add Printer Wizard.

Follow the instructions at:
http://www.coribright.com/windows/Article%20One.htm

Download the drivers from the Epson (European) website:
http://esupport.epson-europe.com/G [...] 49ADBDAC69

You will also need the Status Monitor driver which will enable you to see
the status of your cartridge(s). Install it after you have completed Step
9.

Thanks very much for your response. If it doesn't work it's off to computer
tech.
