It looks like AMD will probably cease production of Athlon XPs by the end
of the year (month!). I would guess that the XP-M chips won't be halted
just yet, but I could be wrong. We'll just have to wait and see.

The production will still be there, the Sempron's are the same core. Got
hand it to AMD, they'll probably change an XP 3200+ to a Sempron 3600+.:)
Yep. Keep production going, change the name raise the ratings and raise
the prices. Only a fool wouldn't see what they are doing. OH, I forgot,
most consumers are.:)
