Do i need special SS ram to overclock a Barton 3200?

Asus a7v8x-x, Barton 3200, Corsair 3x cmx400(500) 256MB

Bios: 13,5x177/35 1.75V will work, but I can't get the same
Sisoft Sandra PR 3485 rating with the ram at 200 Mhz and
lower multiplier. Do I need less then this 3 banks x256MB?

I want 768MB for 98SE for Dos Chess games at high level.
(with: [vcache] MaxFileCache=524288 in System.ini for 98)

Maybe SS 512 and SS 256 will do, but the Singlesided 512
DDR400 is hard to get. Do I really need 2 SS for 400Mhz?
