Printing from word 7 to magicolor 2400w

do i need new drivers to print from Word 7 to Minolta Magicolor 2400w

Do you mean Windows 7? If so, yes you need drivers. However, looks like Minolta does not provide drivers for this older model, but the Vista drivers should work. Go here and download either the 32-bit or 64-bit version (based on the flavor of Win 7 you have) and give it a shot.
