Hi all

I recently got a new computer & for some reason decided on a wireless
mouse and keyboard, I should have known better, every wireless mouse
I've had has been a pain... anyway I got the above and they have been a
pain from the start. It's intermitent... sometimes both mouse and
keyboard are fine, sometimes one or the other plays up and sometimes
both together. the mouse is jerky, with what feels like a time lag or
sometimes doesn't do anything at all, the keyboard is similar... It can
work fine for ages then it will either not register the key you hit or
repeat a key 10 or 20 times.

I tried updating the drivers via the MS site to no avail, then I tried
putting my old MS optical corded mouse on in the hope that the keyboard
would have sole attention but alas no such hope!

I've had to pinch back my old keyboard from my eldest who has my old
comp to write this because the other keyboard is impossible to use -
she's not a happy bunny! she's now got the really old mouse and
keyboard!!!

I've checked the batteires of course...

I'm not too fussed about the mouse as have a good enough alternative
but would like to get the keyboard sorted.

If anyone has any ideas or suggestions it would be much appreciated
