I just received an XP 3200+ advertised as a "Barton". How can I be sure
it's a Barton? Also, How do I decipher the alpha/numerics to see if this
one is OC'able?

Thank you.

Bartons have 512K memory.

Download this CPU info tool.

http://www.cpuid.com/cpuz.php

Will tell you most things you need to know about your CPU.

That's the only core the 3200+ comes in. Also, the 4 at the end of the
part number (AXDA3200DKV4D) indicates it.

I don't understand this question. There's nothing on the label that will
give you any additional info. All 3200+'s should overclock a small amount.
