Right...
"Toggle Passive" causes a subscribed group to be passed over when
initiating the compressing and syncing (headers and/or articles) process.
This is sort of opposite some newsreaders (Ink Spot for one) where a group
has to be selected before the syncing process is applied to it. By default,
Qusnetsoft syncs all subscribed newsgroups unless you tell it not to.
