Lexmark Envelope Feeder Problems

Hi -
I have an OPTRA S 1255 w/ the envelope feeder. Running Win XP Pro
The setup works fine with MS WORD from the envelope print utility i.e.
a COM 10 envelope.
MY problem is that I have a number of Non-standard envelopes/documents
that I want to print using the feeder.

If I go into a "custom" print setup setting on WORD for a doc, the
application will print from every souce I have (Drawer 1, 2, 3, MP
feeder) just not the Envelope feeder

Lexmark TS said I should try to create a custom document using the
printer set up screens. I couldn't get Word to find what I had
created in this.

Any thoughts on a solution?
