Command prompt appears then disappears

help cmd promt appears then dissapears have tried everything

What is the situation? Are you trying to use the command prompt and it disappears or does it do so when you first boot up or something?

Perhaps you're typing a command into the Open box which appears when you press your Windows key and R together. Try just typing cmd and hitting Enter to open the Command Prompt form and then type your command at the prompt.

Start--->all programs--->accessories--->right click command prompt--->run as admin

weird !!! did you try installing powershell? Whatever you can do in cmd.exe , you can do it in powershell ?
