I subscribe to the ADSL service offered by telus.net. I purchased the 3Com Home Ethernet Gateway...I managed to connect to the router from my PC and the router obtained an external IP address. However, my PC cannot connect to the internet. Does anyone have any suggestions to solve this problem ???

Thanks,
Brian

Will the service work if you don't use the router?

Make sure the MAC addresses are registered properly.

Phone telus tech support, they are very good and will talk you through it. I have the same router and a network hub and after a call to them we follow the instructions they gave us when we loose the connection. it works just fine.
