What app should I look for? I found one on handango for $50. :( I want to
be able to access sited on the net that require it - one that comes to mind
that I need it to access is qvc.com's live video stream.

I downloaded the powertoys for ppc from ms and I have jscript enabled, but I
gather this isn't enough.

I'd also like to be able to access flash media on my pocketpc. Didn't see
anything on macromedia's site. Suggestions?

Thanks,
Carla

I am not sure what you will find there, but try java.sun.com. I know they
have a Java 2 Micro Edition. I see an SDK but I do not know if there is
actually a virtual machine for Windows Mobile.

AFAIK, Sun does not have a JVM for current Pocket PCs.

There's a summary of Java support for PPC at
http://www.comp.lancs.ac.uk/comput [...] cjava.html

I apologize for not thinking more about this... I have used Jeode, and HP
Chai before. Loaded the WebSphere Micro Edition on my Palm Tungsten T3, but
I did not know there was a Micro Edition for PocketPC.

I guess what needs to be asked is do any of these Virtual Machines integrate
with PIE or not? If any of them are going to meet the requestors needs it
would see that would be necessary.

Guess I sort of figured that Sun would have an official VM for Windows
Mobile by now. But then there is .NET and C#.. :-)
