Palaminos generally max out at 1800Mhz-1850Mhz

The XP2000+ Palomino (1667Mhz) I used to have would not go above 1800Mhz
with a Vantec Aeroflow. With the stock cooler it wouldn't go over 1700Mhz.

Palomino cores run RED HOT to begin with...overclocking it is just asking
for trouble!

Abit NF7-S Athlon XP 2000+ 2*PQI 256MB DDR400
best clock : 1900MHz = 200*9.5, mem 400MHz, mem timings 2,5-3-3-11
it passes Prime 22.12.1 for >2hours, max temp 62 C, no load temp 54
C

 

but CPU V is LOWERED from default 1.65 to 1.575

 

200*10 unable to boot
196*10 fails Prime
195*10 passes Prime, but 200*9.5 works better for me
