seen this review of the Asrock with the ULI chipset?

Yes, read the review, some cold boot issues and no firewire, but SATAII and
future pci video, and sounds less complicated than the MSI for OC

Well Just for the input i can push my 939 Winchester 3000 to 2.1ghz but i normaly run it at 1980mhz
