Any suggestions for overclocking this setup would be great

AMD XP 2800 CPU
400W PSU
1.5 GB RAM 3X512
2 DVD DRIVES
2 HDD
64MB GEFORCE GRAPHICS

CPU speed = Multiplier x FSB clock. That's it. So which can you change.
Without knowing the speed of your ram, and which of the several different
models of 2800+ XP you have, that's about all I can do.
