need new motherboard (Help)

Hi all can u help me....question....what would you suggest to buy as a new
motherboard...my current spec is.....3.06gig processor...1 gig ddram and its
a pent 4 ....I will need something that is compatible with these...any
suggestions?
I have at the moment a gigabyte Board: Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. 8GEMT4
but its giving me allot of conflicts, also money is not a problem.

price quaélity, overclocable: ASUS P4P800-E with the Intel 865PE
chipset... i've got my 3 Gig overclocked to 3.6 Gig (see previous
thread)... just needs a good fan on the proc.. stays below 44° celcius
untill now... fan at 2500 rpm,.. can push fanning speed to higher
lovel,.. so got some extra cooling power left
