pentium 4 overclock

i need some info on how to overclock a pentium 4 2.53 processor on an asus
p4pe motherboard, i know about changing the bios setting but would like
some advice before messing around
too much. also would this motherboard be able to take a 3.2ghz pertium 4

you have to change some bios settings.
you can change the fsb or the multiplicator (usually not changable).
on some asus boards you can change the fsb stepless.
on your cpu the standard settings are fsb 133 multiplicator 19x
(might be!!)
change the fsb to 166 for example then you run at 3,1 Ghz
then exit the bios and save changes. reboot

PS: don't overclock to much (you can also turn the vcore higher- more
relieable but hotter)
