WTB:a7n8x delux and/or 1G pc2700

i have 2 512 sticks and my a7n8x only has one slot that is working the other 2 got broke long story so i need a board or a 1 gig stick of ram

If you want I'd be will to sell you a 1 Gb stick of PC 2700. I might even be willing to just trade you outright for the 2 512 sticks. Are they PC 2700?

yup they are 2 512 sticks of pc 2700. will the 1 gig stick work on the a7n8x?? what brand type?? i dont really care just wondering if it will be compatible. the 2 512 stick came with an alienware system i think are generic but it sais samsung on the chip. they work great but only one slot works so i need a gig stick.

I have since pull the ram out of the depth of my storage and discovered that it is PC 3200, something I'm not willing to part with (i actually had been looking for some to build a 4 Gb memory machine) .....sorry I had thought it was PC2700. It'd say just buy a new MB, any nforce 2 would be much better. Zipzoomfly has a descent MSI board for 60.

A refurbed Abit NF7-S v2.0 only costs around $50.
It's much better than A7N8X in every possible way.

You can get a new one for 80-90, just use froogle, price grabber, or price watch. Or as I said before you could get an MSI K7N2 from zip zoom fly. I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better on.
