Remove window explorer

I could not find window explorer in the uninstall programs. Please instruct me how get rid of it. Also I accidentally downloaded some window repair program by the an unknown comp. and they asked me to pay them to activate it so it slowed down my computer. I like to know how to remove them as well. Thank you for your help.

Windows Explorer is an integral part of Windows, it's not possible to remove it.
