Thanks for the reply. I tried swaying the gun in the proper manner
already, I had been able to find that much info on the net. The problem
I think is in the way the white screen comes up. It doesn't fill the
screen, it's flashing a bit like it's out of sync, and off-center, I can
see windows behind it when activated. I think the problem might be that
the svideo isn't going into the tv directly, it's being converted to
composite using one of those Radio Shack wideo switch deals, I forget
the actual name of it. I read on the Act Labs website that it was
compatible with composite as well, but I don't know if the conversion
from svideo to composite might be causing the issue. I'll have to take
the machine to a friends house and test on a tv with direct svideo. Pics
