What temperatures are you getting? Are you 100% sure the hs/f assembly is on
correctly? Good contact? Paste?

run memtest on the ram and see if it is faulty..make sure you have the ram
in the correct slots. The E board is very fussy on memory too..if you were "
specially" choosing parts you would have bought anything but generic ram..it
could prove to be the issue..or a week PSU as was said.

have swapped out my OCZ PC3200EL Gold with Corsair TwinX1024-3200C2PT. I
think going to fully matched sticks made the difference. I had 3x256 of OCZ
but had some issues...none of the timings seemed to match according to
Aida32. Now I am running stable but can't beat the 205 mhz mark..but I think
I am at the limits of the CPU. Am running 347 mhz OC'd with good timings on
my ram. So start playing with the voltages...slack off timings..find out
what make of RAM you have and hope for best.

now am running at 10.5 x 215..v-core is 1.750...ddr at 2.7..memory timings
are still at same level...my OCZ mem that came out of this system is in my
my kids A7n8X-x with a Barton 2500 running at 200x11 with timings if
2.5-3-3-6..both passed memtest and Prime 95

Try a differnt CPU .... just to make sure that it is the CPU and not your
setup....I would offer you mine to test with as I know it runs fine at 200
MHz FSB that gives me 3200+ speeds, the Bios even reports the processor as
an Athlon 3200+ CPU at bootup....but then I would have no computer :-(
Let me know if I can help as I have been an avid AMD overclocker since the
old 486 days..........

my PSU is an Enermax 465...it has 33Amps on the 12 volt rail..low amperage
can cause all kinds of wierd things to happen..so it might be part of the
issue.
