If you don't care about cost then you should buy a water-cooling kit.

On the air-cooling side of things, you can do little better than the
Thermalright XP-120. http://tinyurl.com/465oa

Thermalright's recommended 120mm fan is a 30dBA 68.9CFM Panaflo
offering. You can't go wrong with it, as Panaflo fans are very
reliable. However, you can get fans with higher airflow that are even
quieter. The Thermaltake Thunderblade is one such offering.

I'd be interested to see how the Thermaltake CL-P0071 performs with two
Thermaltake Thunderblades. http://tinyurl.com/3los9

Well, with the price thing i ment , any fan , heatsink without going
to water cooling, sorry. I do like that thermaltake fanless heatsink,
i was lookin at that before but i'd chuck 2 fans on there as well. The
Thermalright heatsink looks good but is it the best? iT handles a
nice large fan which is good. I will probably buy that one, but
theres a lot more looking around to do.
