Which memory

Hi!

I have an Asus P5AD2-E Deluxe motherboard and a Intel Pentium 4 550J 3.4
GHz CPU.

I want to install 2 GB (2x1GB modules) memory. Can anyone tell me what kind
of memory (PC4200, PC4300, etc) I should get to get the most out of my
configuration.
