Problem with rear panel since upradaing to windows 7

hi guys my motherboard is gf8200a and since i upgrade my xp to windows 7 each time i connect my head set in the rear pannel i can't hear any sound from my head set. wich works perfectly when im using windows xp. can you help me please. btw i downloaded several realtek audio manage for windows 7 and installing it but it won't appear on my toolbar and i can't find the install folder i go to realtek/audio/ but i can't find anything but i already installed it so many times.

Do the front ports work (if you have any)? Speakers work?

Download the chipset drivers for the motherboard for Win7, then the sound drivers. Uninstall the others you have downloaded.
