Just got an Atari "Off the World" cab that I plan to convert to a MAME
cab. The game seems to be working as it accepts coins and starts (I
can hear it fine- audio is working) but the monitor is not working. I
like to fix it if possible and use it down the road for my MAME cab
while playing the game in the meantime. Where should I start trouble
shooting? Will a cap kit help? Any advice appreciated.
