I have a RAM stick that I don't know the clock speed of. The label is
marked:
16VHSSTK4550959

the chips are marked:
V54C3256164VBT7PC

maybe 7 PC roughly equals 7.5 ns or about 133MHz???

According to the Mosel datasheet:

These RAM chips are PC133 CAS2.
